HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHAIIIII=DD
dimsum-ed with section today to celebrate chai's birthday(= hehh it was really really fun! except for the fact that the amk and boonkeng guys had to travel so long to imm hahaha. it was totally not my faulttt*stares at chuu* hahaha. and getting a cake can be so difficult i tell you. had to make irene go walk with chai then we went to hunt for a cakeshop with small/cheap cakes hahaah, budget ehh=PP hahaha and so we finally went into crystal jade after like 1hour=_= and it took us another 20minutes to place our orders, reason being we were indecisive and budgety hahaha. laughed alot at random stuff while eating, like how rujun was complaining abt the price and 'i thought it is jts today' thing=P and how chai tried to take photos of us eating/stoning=/ AND how we forced sean to call yiyi to join us hahaha. and he agreed larh omg, for a moment we thought it'll be hard to persuade him hehh=PP birthdaycake part was total rubbish, took 10minutes to remove the plastic and rujun was so hilarious he took the 'happybirthday' chocolate-made sign away and ate it before we even sang the birthday song=_= and the most dumb part was when we told him, he placed the half-eaten sign back, which only had the word 'birthday' on it hahaha, tt was really funny. AND IT WAS SO DIULIAN STUPID SEAN [AND RUJUN I THINK] PURPOSELY SANG THE BIRTHDAY SONG SO LOUD AND OUT OF TUNE! hahaha its a pity we didnt catch the reactions of the other customers and the waitresses=P but it was so paisehh, hahaha sean and his worldclass singing=_= hahaha, but it was rather entertaining(=

here comes the slightly longer weekend. guess its a good time to pack everything nicely and get down to some serious work. then again, olympics`o8 is going on now, which means i'll start to spend time on the tv [yes, indulging in unhealthy sources of entertainment=P] oh wellll.
preparation for luce hasnt been as hiong as i thought it would be, mainly because there was national day stuff and highsch anthem to deal with. theres only one week left and im feeling really unprepared. the thought of having to sightread two pieces right before the performance just feels scary. plus we havent really been working alot on our own pieces, and now theres the norfolk dances, aka horror of my retarded laggy fingers=S mehhh, time for daily practs i guess. and when every other ccas stopped this week, luce is on 20aug, woww. but not like i'll devote all my time to mugging anyway, ohwell.
im physically weak i realise. and its not good at all.

farewell.
right, so last night was band farewell at nus staff clubhouse. spent the past two days[excluding the shopping days] doing up all the presents for the seniors. though it was really tiring, but i guess its all worthwhile yupp((=
met nutcase at buonavista and bussed down to nus, which was soo huge. stopped two busstops before the correct one, so we had to walk for a while. not very long i suppose, since we spent the whole time talking abt random stuff hehhh. then we totally couldnt find the clubhouse though we saw the signboard mehh, but luckily we met irene so tadah, we didnt get lost in the end((=
so farewell started at ard 720 cos some seniors couldnt find their way or sth. and the seniors, horn seniors to be exact, were frantically trying to rush out our presents during the trumpets/tubas videos hahaha. it was really hilarious cos they kept trying to shoo us away hehh=PP exchanged presents after that and it was reallyreally funny. i guess we chose the right present for them hahaha, esp sean and rujun who totally catwalked in front of the band hahaha. ohh and they really put in alot of effort in doing up our presents, aka yi2zhao4s-lookalike=PP its very pretty yayy, thankslottttt=DD the rest of the farewell, while waiting for the councillors, was just basically camwhoring, talking, eating hahaha. ohh reminds me, i think our section koped half the hargaos there oops=P cindy, weiguo, junjie and kheexuan reached like rather late, ard 9+ i guess=/ then everyone was in a mad rush trying to give them their presents, take photos and all before we get chased out of the place=S ohh and the 'cheque' we got for them was really hugeee and weiguo was so tempted to bring it home hahaha, im highly amused=P
so yesterday marked the end of the j2s' band life as hcbanders officially, which was... kind of saddd i thought. no we didnt cry[cos rujun&sean&luther etc were highly entertaining] but i guess there was a tinge of sadness felt towards the very end, when we walked to the busstop and said goodbye. mehhhh, the after-capriccio feeling is back again ohnoo=(( like i said, its really amazing how close we can be after like merely 7months. shant go on since everything tt needs to be said are all written down for the seniors mmm. then again, thankyou sooo much for being there, band will never be the same without you guys.
